Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 July 2026
Trelis Router ("the Service") is operated by Trelis Ltd (Blackrock, Dublin, Ireland; reg. 705524). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
The Service
Trelis Router provides batch speech-to-text and text-to-speech through bring-your-own-key (BYOK) providers and Trelis-managed models. For BYOK providers, you supply your own provider API keys and we proxy your requests. You are responsible for your use of each third-party provider and for complying with that provider's terms.
Your account & keys
Keep your account credentials and Trelis API keys confidential. Do not share API keys; misuse may result in suspension. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring you have the rights to any audio or text you submit.
Trelis models
Models developed by Trelis (such as Tiron and Tara) are released under open licences (Apache-2.0). Outputs you generate through the Service are yours.
Outputs & accuracy
Transcripts and generated speech are produced by machine-learning models and may contain errors. They are provided "as is" and you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them.
Billing
New accounts may receive signup credits. Paid credits are charged via Stripe and applied to your balance. Trelis-managed model usage and BYOK routing fees are deducted from credits, and usage is shown in your account. Credits are non-refundable.
Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trelis's total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months; non-paying users have no recourse to Trelis.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and disputes are subject to the courts of Dublin.
